It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase from Bloomsbury Square. Please check it when it arrives and before you pop it into your stash.
We check all fabric when it is cut for you, so hopefully it will be fault-free! However, in the event of the fabric or other items being faulty or damaged, please let us know within 21 days of receipt.
You may return it to Bloomsbury Square and we will refund the purchase price, and the original postage, or replace the fabric – get in touch, we can have a chat and see what will be the best thing to do.
Please obtain and keep your proof of posting when you send it back.
It is really important to check your fabric when it arrives. On rare occasions, there may be slubs or tiny imperfections in the cloth. These can be worked around when placing your patterns pieces. We would not consider the fabric faulty in these circumstances. Sorry!
Please double-check when you prepare the fabric and before you start to cut. We can’t accept fabric returns or provide replacement fabric, if the fabric has been pre-washed, dry-cleaned, cut or sewing has started.
We will refund you via the payment method used to make the original purchase and will endeavour to do this within two working days of the receipt of the returned fabric or product.
