We do not accept returns unless there is a significant fault with the fabric or there has been an error, as fabric is cut specifically to each individual order.

Unfortunately, if the colour is not to your liking, the fabric is not suitable for the project or you have ordered the wrong fabric, we will not accept returns or issue a refund/credit. We strongly recommend ordering swatches first so that you can be sure of making the right fabric choice before placing an order to avoid this disappointment.

Please check your order when it arrives and before you pop it into your stash.

We check all fabric when it is cut for you, so hopefully it will be fault-free! However, in the event of the fabric or other items being faulty or an error with your order, please let us know by email within 7 working days of receipt. We can have a chat and see what will be the best thing to do.

With our prior agreement, you may return it to Bloomsbury Square and we will replace the fabric where possible or issue a credit if not. Please keep proof of posting when you send it back. We may refund the purchase price in certain circumstances.

It is really important to check your fabric when it arrives.  There may be slubs or tiny imperfections in the cloth. These can be worked around when placing your patterns pieces.  We would not consider the fabric faulty in these circumstances. Sorry!

Please double-check when you prepare the fabric and before you start to cut. We don’t accept fabric returns or provide replacement fabric, if the fabric has been pre-washed, dry-cleaned, cut or sewing has started.

Any refunds will be made to you via the payment method used to make the original purchase and will endeavour to do this within two working days of the receipt of the returned fabric or product.
