It is very important to us that you are happy with all your purchases from Bloomsbury Square. We check all fabric before it is sent out, so hopefully this will be fault-free. However, in the event of the fabric or other items being faulty, please let us know. You may return to Bloomsbury Square and will we refund the purchase price, and the original postage, as well as the cost of returning to us.
Please obtain and keep your proof of posting when you send it back.
We can’t accept fabric returns once the fabric has been pre-washed,dry-cleaned or cut.
We will refund you via the payment method used to make the original purchase and will endeavor to do this within two working days of the receipt of the returned fabric or product.
